Story
Marjorie Olive Thornton OAM (nee Pullen) died peacefully on 15 July 2022 aged 100. She was the loving wife of Edwin (dec) and dearly loved mother of Andrew, Richard (dec) and Stephen. Marj was the adored Grandma of Leslie, Emma, Michelle and James, and cherished Great-Grandma of Carla, Jacob, Luke, Oliver and Isaac. She was much loved by all other family members, Jenny, AnnMaree, Ann, Chris, Leonora, Jason, Hayley, Stuart, Sebastian, Tobias and Enya. Marj was a remarkable person that was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Thank you to the wonderful Resthaven Staff for all of their care.
Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial and Thanksgiving Service to be held at the Port Elliot
Uniting Church on 1st August 2022 at 10.30 am to be followed by a gathering and light refreshments in the Church Hall.
Instead of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate a donation to the NeuroSurgical Research Foundation.
